IBIG was commissioned with the planning, awarding and construction management of the technical trades for the new construction of a hall with an area of 4500 m\u00b2, incl. Integration into the existing building stock.<\/p>

The following services were planned and executed for cost groups 430 and 440: 12,000 m\u00b3\/h ventilation units, 6,000 m\u00b3\/h exhaust gas extraction, 120,000 m\u00b3\/h recirculating air cooling, 650 kW chillers with waste heat recovery, 4 MVA transformers and the equipment for a 375 kWp photovoltaic roof system on the new building and the adjacent existing building.<\/p>

The project in Plattling was successfully completed. The inauguration ceremony took place on September 18, 2024. With the new construction of building 5, the Plattling site has been expanded with 16,900 <\/span>m\u00b2<\/span> is now one of the largest and most modern EMC and product testing laboratories in the world. IBIG was initially consulted in an advisory capacity for the review of the TGA budget in 2022. Result of the review: the MEP budget was reduced from \u20ac 9.0 million to \u20ac 5.3 million. IBIG was then commissioned with the general planning. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

One focus of the planning was the integration of the system technology in a limited space and the consideration of the parallel tenant fit-out. Shielded cabins and absorber halls are cooled using space-saving, high-precision climate control cabinets. For space reasons, some of the appliances were suspended from the ceiling on steel structures. A common suspension structure was developed for the media supply in the hall to accommodate cable routes and pipes for sanitary, heating, cooling and compressed air. The project was implemented on schedule in 2024 and the budget was not exceeded.<\/span><\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
