technology has been completely modernized, with the exception of the landlord\u2019s ventilation units. Only the district cooling network with a flow temperature of up to 6 \u00b0C was available for recooling the commercial refrigeration. Together with EDEKA, a concept was developed to implement recooling at a higher temperature level.
