Tasks

  • Technical and organizational planning support
  • Inspections of existing buildings and construction sites (Munich area)
  • Management of technical documentation and drawings
  • Taking on smaller projects (depending on suitability and commitment)
  • Organization and participation in meetings

Requirements

  • German spoken and written
  • Knowledge of the MS Office package
  • Previous knowledge of CAD advantageous, otherwise willingness to learn
  • Goal-oriented and independent work as well as organizational skills
  • Initiative, strong team spirit and good communication skills
  • Experience or training in plumbing, heating, cooling, ventilation or electrical engineering
  • Skills are taught provided that the applicant fulfills the aforementioned requirements:
    • Creating drawings and plans (BricsCAD, AutoCAD etc.)
    • Technical calculations and analyses (linear, Excel etc.)
    • Preparation and/or creation of reports (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
    • Building inspections and surveys (camera, 3D scanner, etc.)
