Project objective
Installation of modern, efficient and easy-to-use technology in the existing technical room structure. Separation of air technology and heating. More comfortable ambient conditions by installing an oscillating floor heating system (underfloor heating) with a low available installation height. Utilization of the radiant heat from the panel heating at lower room air temperatures. Demand-based CO2-controlled air volume regulation for the economical and draught-free supply of sufficient fresh air to children and adults. pollutants and a predominantly self-sufficient heat supply from the waste heat of the commercial cooling system. IBIG was commissioned with the planning, tendering and awarding of the technical trades. The construction management was carried out by EDEKA.
